Manchester (Cheshire) Paintball - Zuluwood paintball centre
16 April 2009 - 8:13pm - adminDelta Force Paintball in Cheshire (also known as 'Zuluwood') is conveniently located just off of the M6 and offers customers the ultimate paintballing experience. Frequently used by Premier League football teams, Zuluwood has built the reputation of being one of the best paintballing sites in the UK (Rio Ferdinand said "this place is amazing"). In addition to the action-packed game zones and huge props, Zuluwood’s base camp is also just as spectacular. Boasting many focal points for team photos, the highlight would have to be the genuine WWII Bofors Anti-Aircraft Gun. A note to persons wishing to play paintball in Manchester, or paintball in Liverpool - your two closest centres are this one ('Zuluwood' near Congleton, Cheshire) and 'Yankeewood' (near Chorley, Lancs) - both are conveniently sited just off the motorway network, so they are quick and easy to find.

PLAYERS ATTENDING ON SATURDAYS WITH LESS THAN 4 PLAYERS IN ANY CAR WILL HAVE TO FIND ALTERNATIVE PARKING.
By car:
From M6 Junction 17 turn onto A534 signposted Holmes Chapel. After 200m turn left onto A5022 signposted Holmes Chapel. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. Then turn left onto A50 signposted Holmes Chapel. Follow this road for approximately ½ mile until you see the Bears Head pub on the right. Turn left onto Back Lane. The Paintball Centre entrance is marked on the right hand side about ½ mile down the road.
By train:
Closest station is Holmes Chapel. From here you will need to take an inexpensive taxi to the Paintball Centre.

No bus service to the Paintball Centre.
