Delta Force Paintball Reading wins Centre of Excellence!
Congratulations to the team at the Delta Force Paintball centre in Mapledurham, Reading for winning the coveted Centre of Excellence award for Summer 2008.
The quarterly award, considered within paintball communities to be one of the most prestigious awards in the UK paintball industry, is presented to the leading Delta Force paintball centre every three months.
Quality assessments are carried out each week across the 32 Delta Force paintball centres, with points awarded for excellence in various criteria, including equipment quality, centre cleanliness, facility development, health and safety, food hygiene and customer feedback. Additional points are allocated to centres that show exemplary performance in customer service and customer satisfaction.
Reading Paintball Centre Manager Paul said that that he was extremely proud to receive the award on behalf of his centre and marshalling team.
“Our centre has witnessed some impressive developments over the last 12 months, and it is such a reward for every single person in the team to receive recognition for our hard efforts."
“At Delta Force Paintball Reading we all work hard and play hard as a team – we come to work each day and strive to provide the ultimate paintballing experience to each and every customer, and I think that the Centre of Excellence award is a fair indicator of how we are all doing,” he said.
Special mention must be given to the team at Delta Force Paintball in Sevenoaks, Kent for their tireless efforts over the last six months. As the winner of the Centre of Excellence for Spring 2008, the Kent team continued their impressive performance and finished a close second behind Reading paintball in the centre rankings.
