For paintball in Exeter we recommend the following centre(s):
The city of Exeter is a city overflowing with history, heritage and a vibrant arts scene. The city centre consists of the magnificent Cathedral of St. Peter surrounded by historical attractions buzzing with activity and a big city atmosphere.
Severely damaged throughout the war, Exeter was largely rebuilt in the 1950’s, however little attention was paid to preserving the cities ancient heritage. Buildings too damaged to rebuild were generally demolished and replaced with buildings of little or no artistic merit, drastically changing the original street plan to what we see today.
Visitors to Exeter are drawn to the heart of the city with a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants to please even the fussiest traveller. As a city with more than 2,000 years of history Exeter retains its intimate side with character and interesting medieval architecture. A year round calendar of events, including open air theatre and live music keeps its large student population entertained even throughout the colder months.
One of the more unusual draw cards to the city is an adventure filled visit to its 14th century medieval passages. Built to house fresh water pipes, visitors start the exciting tour with an exhibition and video presentation before the walk begins.
Young and old alike will enjoy the vibrant scene that the beautiful city of Exeter has to offer.
