The festive period is a great time to enjoy the good things and life and often the fitness plan is long forgotten about. About now people will be trying to hang on to their new years’ resolutions and what better way to stick to your goal to keep fit than by taking up paintballing!  At Delta Force Paintball we like to get dressed up, so when Halloween approached this year it was a great excuse to create a spooky day out for all our customers. From cobwebs to skeletons, our centres provided a fitting backdrop for the weekend’s festivities, while people still were able to enjoy all the usual fun that comes with playing paintball with your mates.

 A few weeks ago we had a blog post about the Big Bang Theory TV show. The episode aired in America last month and featured a geeky gang of guys trying very hard to unleash their diluted inner alpha males on a paintball field with hilarious consequences.

Since that episode aired we have found that what you and me would call geeks have actually been using paintball to try and understand the origins of the universe.

Delta Force recently hosted a great team building day out for a London firm of couriers at our paintball centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The MD had arranged for various depots to come together from all over London to assemble for a day of paintball action to determine which depot would take the honours.
